Terms & Conditions 

1. These terms and conditions govern your participation in this campaign. By participating in this campaign, you agree to these terms and conditions and additional terms including but not limited to the BitMart User Agreement and Terms and Conditions for BitMart NFT Marketplace.
2. The unit price of the WAGMI Mystery Box is 5 USDT, and users can purchase it on the event landing page. WAGMI Mystery Boxes will be distributed immediately upon purchase.
3. The total amount of the second-round WAGMI Mystery Boxes is 3,000 with 500 available each day from November 24, 2022 to November 29, 2022.
4. The rewards of the second-round WAGMI Mystery Boxes include 1) 7 USDT worth of tokens, 2) 100 BMX, and 3) 200 USDT as the biggest reward (limited to 20 WAGMI Mystery Boxes).
5. The price of the token rewards is calculated based on the 1-week average price on BitMart.
6. Users need to click “Open” button to get the rewards. Once the Mystery Boxes are opened, users will receive their token rewards in their spot accounts.
7. BitMart users can open the WAGMI Mystery Boxes before December 9, 2022, at 23:59 (UTC).
8. During the event period, each user can purchase up to five (5) WAGMI Mystery Boxes in total on the event landing page. In the situation that a BitMart user has already purchased five (5) WAGMI Mystery Boxes during the first round will be ineligible to purchase any WAGMI Mystery Boxes during the second round.
9. Users can trade their WAGMI Mystery Boxes on the BitMart NFT Marketplace before opening them. The trading function of the WAGMI Mystery Boxes on the BitMart NFT Marketplace is available from November 20 17, 2022 to December 9, 2022, closing at 23:59 (UTC). Once a WAGMI Mystery Box is opened, it can no longer be listed on the BitMart NFT Marketplace for sell.
10. There is no limit to the amount of unopened WAGMI Mystery Boxes a user can purchase on the BitMart NFT Marketplace.
11. The value of any token rewards from opened WAGMI Mystery Boxes is subject to change, and there can be a substantial risk that such rewards could lose value (possibly all value).
12. If users do not open the WAGMI Mystery Box, BitMart will automatically buy back the WAGMI Mystery Box at a price of 5 USDT each on December 15, 2022.
13. BitMart reserves the right to cancel awards to or freeze any accounts suspected of fraudulent activities and reserves all rights for the final explanation of the events. If the event is so canceled or modified, BitMart may award WAGMI Mystery Boxes among all eligible BitMart users prior to such action and BitMart shall have no further obligation to any other users in connection with this event.
14. BitMart reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify this campaign if it cannot be executed as planned for any reason including, but not limited to, if fraud, human error, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of this campaign; or if a virus, bug or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the campaign as determined by BitMart in its sole discretion.
