Regional Growth Head (Based in HK)

💼Scope of Role & Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall futures product growth performance in the regions;
  • Formulation of growth strategy: design growth strategy and operational plan for futures-related products across all relevant channels based on a deep understanding of the business, product, and relevant growth strategies;
  • Execution of the growth plan: responsible for the execution of all growth activities, including hands-on execution and working with internal and external teams (marketing, PR agencies, BD, etc.);
  • Content marketing and social media: work with various teams to produce high-quality content and distribute it effectively across relevant channels (Medium, Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn, Discord, TikTok and Telegram, etc.);
  • ABM and targeted campaigns: work closely with growth product and business development to design and execute effective campaigns for high-quality lead generation and conversion;
  • Building team: plan resources needed to achieve business objectives fast and drive recruitment efforts to build the wider growth team;
  • Reporting & analytics: build a fact-base to monitor and report the results of all activities.

 

📝Other Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • At least 2-3 years experience in a high-performance growth function, e.g., fintech company, e-commerce platform, dynamic financial services company;
  • Track record of creating a tangible impact on key metrics, be ready to give examples;
  • Experience with B2C growth environment is strongly preferred; experience with finance, fintech or crypto is a significant advantage;
  • With strong MarTech systems thinking skills - can plan, design, and execute complex strategies;
  • Ability and interest to learn about crypto, financial products, and technologies quickly and independently.
  • Develop and implement a lead generation strategy;
  • Able to understand the bigger picture and be very hands-on and practical;
  • 0-to-1 mentality, able to operate autonomously and provide clear, decisive guidance when consulted;
  • Determined, ambitious yet humble, willing to work hard, take feedback and learn on the way;
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset as non-standard working hours might be required (since we are a high-growth platform operating in a 24/7 crypto world);
  • Preferred working in a team collaborative environment (not fully remote), at least half-time working from our office based on current safety measure rules.
