Terms and conditions:

1. These terms and conditions govern your participation in this Campaign. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to these terms and conditions and additional terms, including but not limited to the BitMart User Agreement.
2. The 2023 New Year Campaign will start from 03:00 on January 18, 2022 (UTC), to 23:59 on February 3, 2023 (UTC).
3. The price of each New Year Treasure Bag is three (3) USDT. Users can purchase via the event landing page when the event starts. Treasure Bag will be distributed immediately upon purchase. Each user can purchase unlimited New Year Treasure Bag during this Campaign. Users who have New Year Treasure Bag can open the Treasure Bag immediately after purchase.
4. Users can also obtain New Year Treasure Bag by completing the task by inviting a friend to register an account and trade any tokens with a value of at least 30 USDT on BitMart. One user can only obtain one New Year Treasure Bag by completing the task once.
5. The total reward pool will increase with the number of sold New Year Treasure Bags and Bunny NFTs on the secondary market from BitMart. The levels of the rewards pool will be unlocked based on the sold amount of the New Year Treasure Bag and Bunny NFT.
6. The New Year Treasury Bag contains a Bunny NFT only revealed when users open it. The users may find four (4) kinds of NFT in the Treasury Bag: Bunny A (N), Bunny A (R), Bunny C (SR), Bunny D (SSR), and Bunny D* (UR).
7. Users need to collect at least two types of Bunny NFTs to be eligible for the rewards pool. Users can collect different types of NFTs either by purchasing from the New Year Treasure Bag or directly buying from the Bunny NFT secondary market. BitMart will release Bunny NFT randomly to the secondary market. Only a limited number of Bunny NFTs will be released to the secondary market. The probability of the Bunny NFTs follows the below sequence from small to large: D*(UR) = 0.008% ; D(SSR) = 0.192%; C(SR) = 1.8%; B(R) = 3%; and A(N) = 95%. The official guided prices of Bunny NFTs are: D(SSR) = 20 USDT; C(SR) = 8 USDT; B(R) = 5 USDT; and A(N) = 3 USDT.
8. Participants' eligibility for rewards: There are three tiers of rewards in the total rewards pool. Users who collected Bunny A, B, C, and D (D*) are eligible for the [Gem tier] rewards, and all Gem tier winners will split 4% of the total rewards pool. Users who collected Bunny A, B, C, and D are eligible for the [first tier] rewards, and all tier 1 winners will split 15% of the total rewards pool. Users who collected three types of bunnies are eligible for the [second tier] rewards pool, and all tier 2 winners will split 55% of the total rewards pool. Users who collected two types of bunnies are eligible for the [third tier] rewards pool, and all tier 3 winners will split 26% of the total rewards pool. Each participant can only earn rewards once from the highest tier rewards pool. For example, if Mike holds 2A, 2B, 2C, and 1D, he will be eligible only to split the tier 1 rewards pool; If Amy holds 3A, 5B, and 1C, she will be eligible only to split the tier 2 rewards pool.At a random time between Feb 1, 00:00 AM and Feb 3, 23:59 PM (UTC), BitMart will take a snapshot of all user's Bunny NFT holdings. All rewards pool distribution will be allocated to eligible participants' BitMart wallets before February 17, 2023.

9. Users can not trade their New Year Treasure Bag on the BitMart Marketplace but can trade Bunny NFTs on the secondary market. The trading function of the Bunny NFT on the BitMart Marketplace will be available from January 18, 2023, to February 2, 2023, at 23:59 UTC. The individual purchase amount of Bunny NFT will be limited to 2 if the Treasure Bags section is ongoing and limited to 4 until Treasure Bags are sold out.
10. BitMart will automatically buy back the upon unopened New Year Treasure Bags at a price of 3 USDT each before February 17, 2023.
11. BitMart reserves the right to cancel the rewards or freeze any accounts suspected of fraudulent activities and reserves all rights for the final explanation of the Campaign.
12. BitMart reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify this campaign if it cannot be executed as planned for any reason including, but not limited to, if fraud, human error, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of this campaign; or if a virus, bug or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the campaign as determined by BitMart in its sole discretion.
