How to Buy Crypto with Fiat?

1. Click [Buy & Sell] to enter the Fiat Gateway page

2. Select the fiat currency you want to spend

3. Select the crypto you want to receive

4. Enter the amount you want to spend to buy, then you can find all payment methods from different service providers, and the estimated amount of crypto you can receive.

5. Select the provider you want to use, read and check the User Agreement, click [Continue]，Then the system will guide you to the third-party platform to buy crypto.

How to Sell Crypto to Fiat?

1. Click the [transfer] to transfer the assets you want to sell to your Buy & Sell Wallet.

2. Select the assets you want to sell, type in the amount or click [Max], then click [confirm].

3. Select the crypto you want to sell, and the fiat currency you want to receive, and enter the amount.

4. You can find all offers, and the estimated amount of fiat currencies you can receive.
5. Select the provider you want. Read and check the User Agreement. Click [Continue], then the system would guide you to the third-party platform to sell the crypto.

Buy crypto services allow users to purchase cryptocurrencies with various payment methods such as debit/credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH, SEPA, PIX, etc., using their local fiat currencies.

Sell crypto services allow users to sell cryptocurrencies and receive their local fiat currencies in return.

What are the fiat payment gateways?

Fiat payment gateways are third-party providers that partner with BitMart to offer various payment methods for customers to buy and sell cryptocurrencies using their local currencies.

Currently, our partners include Banxa, Moonpay, Simplex, Alchemy Pay and Legend Trading.

What should I do if I get the error [Failed to access service provider] when I try to initiate the Buy/Sell transaction?

The error occurs because the third-party cannot retrieve service data. 

You can try increasing the buy/sell amount you entered or selecting an alternative channel. If your issue still cannot be resolved, you can contact BitMart Customer Service for additional assistance.
