Terms & Conditions

1. These terms and conditions govern your participation in this campaign. By participating in this event, you agree to these terms and conditions and additional terms including but not limited to the BitMart User Agreement.

2.BitMart 5th Anniversary Treasure Hunt Campaign will start from 10:00 on March 15, 2023 (UTC) to 23:59 on March 30, 2023 (UTC).

3. Each gold shard and silver shard corresponds to a lucky draw opportunity. Users can obtain the gold/silver shards by completing corresponding treasure-hunting tasks since the event starts. In the meantime, users can also choose to purchase other people's NFT shards (including gold shards and silver shards) through the NFT market to obtain a lucky draw chance.

4. Users can obtain silver shards by completing the following tasks during the event: 1) Spot trading amount shall be ≥500 USDT or equivalent tokens. 2) Invite a friend to complete KYC 2, and the total spot trading amount of the invited friend shall be ≥ 200 USDT or equivalent tokens 3) The total subscription amount of specific Fixed Savings Products shall be ≥ 200 USDT or equivalent tokens. 4) Fiat deposit amount shall be ≥ 200 USDT or equivalent tokens.

5. Users can obtain gold shards by completing the following tasks during the event: 1) Spot trading amount shall be ≥10,000 USDT or equivalent tokens. 2) Invite two friends to complete KYC 2, and the total spot trading amount of the invited friends shall be ≥ 1,000 USDT or equivalent tokens. 3) The total subscription amount of specific Fixed Savings Products shall be ≥ 3,000 USDT or equivalent tokens. 4) Fiat deposit amount shall be ≥ 1,000 USDT or equivalent tokens.

6. Once complete the specific tasks, users can click “Collect the task shards” on this event page to obtain the task shards. Each task shard can only be obtained once. There are eight (8) tasks in total, users can obtain up to four (4) gold shards and four (4) silver shards by completing the tasks.

7. Users who have obtained the lucky draw shards can select specific gold/silver shards on this event page for the lucky draw, and each shard can only be drawn once, the shard will become invalid immediately once a lucky draw is completed.

8. The rewards for the gold shards include 1) tokens in the value of 1-99 USDT, 2) an additional 2% APY for any Earn products with up to 10 USDT 3) a Spot Trading Fee Voucher in the value of 2 USDT.

9. The rewards for the silver shards include 1) tokens in the value of 0.01-1 USDT, 2) a Spot Trading Fee Voucher in the value of 1 USDT.

10. Once the user completes the lucky draw with their shards, 1) users whose rewards are tokens will receive the rewards in their spot trading accounts, 2) users whose rewards are the additional 2% APY in any Earn products will receive the equivalent tokens as rewards in their spot trading accounts, 3) users whose rewards are the spot trading fee vouchers will get them in the voucher Center.

11. Please note that the BitMart Savings service is not available for users located in, established in, or a resident of the United States of America.

12.Please note that the BitMart Futures service is not available for users located in, established in, or a resident of the following countries: United States, Hong Kong SAR of China, Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Crimea, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Korea (Democratic People’s Republic of), South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Zimbabwe.
