BitMart announced that IM Functionality will debut on the P2P market on June 28, 2024. Starting today, you can use IM to complete your P2P transactions with greater ease and fluidity. Here are the details of this new feature.

 

1. How to use the IM Functionality?

  1. Search www.bitmart.com/p2p to enter P2P Trading. 

  1. Click to initiate any buy or sell order.

  1. Use the IM feature on the right side of the screen to communicate with the seller and facilitate quick transaction completion.



2. What features does this IM functionality support?

  1. Instant message - You can edit and send messages to the counter-party during the P2P trading.
  2. Picture - You can send pictures related to the transaction to facilitate quick completion.
  3. Account info - You can send your account info to the other party for quick identity verification.
  4. Responses - You can send quick replies to the other party to enhance communication efficiency and expedite transaction completion.
