To provide better services, BitMart will be upgrading the withdrawal address management feature in the API. This update will help you manage the withdrawal addresses more conveniently and securely, enhancing the overall operation experience.

1. Withdrawal Request Processing
When you receive the withdraw_id
, it means that your withdrawal request has been successfully submitted.
2. Checking Withdrawal Status
Use the "Query Deposit and Withdrawal Records" interface to find the tx_id
for this withdrawal, and then use it to check the withdrawal status on the blockchain.
3. Error Handling
If you encounter an error with the message message=This address is not verified. Please add and verify this address on the client.
, you need to follow the steps below to add the address to the verified withdrawal addresses.
Step 1:
Log in to your account on the website or app and go to the withdrawal page.
Step 2:
Click the "Add Withdrawal Address" button.
Step 3:
On the withdrawal address management page, save the withdrawal address as a "Verified Address," which will support API withdrawals.
4. Address Types
- Standard Address: Can be used to withdraw to a specific cryptocurrency address on a specified network.
- Universal Address: Can be used to withdraw to all cryptocurrency addresses on a specified network.
- EVM Address: Can be used to withdraw to cryptocurrency addresses on EVM-type networks.
5. Verified Address
- Pre-Verification: When saving an address, you can choose to pre-verify it to skip verification at the time of withdrawal (verified addresses do not need to be re-verified during withdrawal).
- API Withdrawals: Only verified addresses can be used; unverified addresses cannot be used for API withdrawals.
