Terms and Conditions:

1. These terms and conditions govern your participation in this activity. By participating in this activity, you agree to these terms and conditions and additional terms including but not limited to the BitMart User Agreement.
2. For the tasks in Welcome Rewards, only users who complete the relevant tasks for the first time can claim rewards.
3. The first deposit amount cannot be accumulated. Rewards will only be given upon completion of the task requirements in a single transaction.
4. Regarding the bonuses obtained from sign-up tasks, the system will reclaim the bonus if users do not make any deposits/trades/withdrawals within 3 months of receiving the bonus.
5. The spot trading fee voucher and futures trading fee voucher will be distributed to your Voucher Center and are expected to arrive in real-time. The validity periods are 7 days and 21 days respectively. The voucher will be reclaimed by the system upon expiration. Please use them promptly.
6. The futures trading bonus will be distributed to your USDⓈ-M futures account, validity period is 21 days, and will be reclaimed by the system upon expiration. Please use them promptly.
7. Whether the user’s first fixed savings product subscription amount reaches $100 during the event determines the user’s eligibility to participate in the Earn Task.
   a. For example: If a user makes two subscriptions, the first one is $20, and the second one is $100, the task requirements are not met.
8. After the user completes the earn task and receives the corresponding reward, the relevant saving product subscriptions that make the user eligible for reward could not be redeemed in advance.
9. The mystery box rewards include selected tokens and NFTs. Mystery boxes can be traded on the BitMart NFT market. Registration Mystery Box NFTs held by users but not opened or placed in orders for 30 days will be burned. Please use them in a timely manner.
10. Rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
11. Due to the various language differences, if there is any discrepancy, the English announcement shall prevail.
12. Futures data only supports data from Futures V2.0.
13. The futures trading volume does not include the futures trading volume generated from the trading bonus portion.
14. Please note that the BitMart Futures service is not available for users located in, established in, or a resident of the following countries: United States, Hong Kong SAR of China, Balkans, Belarus, Belgium, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Crimea, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Korea (Democratic People’s Republic of), South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Zimbabwe.
15. BitMart reserves the right to cancel the rewards or freeze any accounts suspected of fraudulent activities and reserves all rights for the final explanation of the Campaign.
16. BitMart reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify this campaign if it cannot be executed as planned for any reason including, but not limited to, if fraud, human error, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of this Campaign; or if a virus, bug or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Campaign as determined by BitMart in its sole discretion.
